What is the current Warranty Procedure?
The GSL warranty period is 24 months from the date of purchase of the product. Please read the warranty information found on the installation sheet of the product or call GSL for more information.

Voiding Your Warranty
Please note that attempting to repair the product yourself or opening the product will breach the Warranty Terms and Conditions and will Void the Product Warranty.Step By Step
1. Should you believe our product to be faulty, contact your Supplier or GSL directly on (02) 9620 9988.
2. If the product is to be returned, we will issue you
with a Return Authoritry Number (RA Number).
3. Please download the GSL Return Authority Form.
Then complete the form and return a copy with the
product to GSL. Retain the original for yourself.
4. To assist us to validate your Warranty Claim, please inclose a copy of the original Invoice and return it
with the product.

Warranty Terms And Conditions
The product is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 24 months from the date of sale. This warranty covers defective parts and workmanship provided that THE PRODUCT IS SHIPPED PRE-PAID to the seller within 24 months of purchase of goods. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement (at the manufacturers’ discretion) of parts and shipping prepaid to the original despatch destination. We regret that no liability can be accepted for consequential or special damages of any kind howsoever arising in connection with products supplied by the seller. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. No representative is authorised to assume for the seller any other liability in connection with the seller’s products.
